Eguzkilore is literally translated as "flower of the sun". Its use as a hanging on doors is centuries old and served as a protective talisman originating in the Basque or what is now Spain and southwestern France. It represents, light, warmth, life, good fortune, safety, health, prosperity, well-being, a connection to nature and protection.
