This listing is for a wall art version of my Ad Man Artemus Crow character. His wing is a billboard of sorts for some vintage advertising. He holds a starburst in his beak. This piece has been made using a clay embellishment applied to a piece of salvaged barn wood. The design is then painted with several layers to achieve a hoped for authentic and old appearance. It is also sealed with an aging wax and comes ready to hang with a sawtooth picture hanger on the back. The board has been shaped by me for extra design appeal. Once your order is placed I will get to work creating your own Artemus piece. I will of course come as close as possible to the likeness of the “canvas” or piece of barn wood used and it will be shaped. Please do expect some variability but know that the board selected will be in keeping with the original likeness. It measures approximately 19 by 6.5 inches. Expect shipment to occur by May 25th.
